Shipping & Info


All items we make are made by hand with real leather. The item you receive may be slightly different than in the product images. Care and attention is paid in the selection of hides, however, as consistent as we strive to be, due to the nature of leather as a natural product, there may be natural marks, slight discolouration, scratches, or change in texture between each item created. All leathers have different wear over time, some leathers will acquire markings more easily than others, and some may change in colour over time. We do not consider these differences as faults, we believe they add to the beauty and uniqueness of your item.



Due to COVID-19, please expect shipping delays and order as early as possible, as postal offices put safety first while managing the high volume of parcels.

Currently we only ship to Canada and the U.S.


All parcels are shipped through CanadaPost. Enter your location at checkout to find an accurate shipping cost and delivery time for your area.

Untracked/Tracked Parcels

We recommend customers select shipping options that include tracking, however, we do provide lower cost shipping options for smaller orders. If your order qualifies for these options, you'll see them on the checkout page.

Both Standard/Untracked (Canada) and Small Packet USA Air options do not come with a tracking number. If you would like your parcel to have tracking please upgrade your shipping at check-out.

Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are lost once they enter the postal system.

Duties/Lost Parcels

Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible nor do we replace orders that are lost/untracked, stolen items, or items not received due to an incorrect address once they have been shipped. Please check your tracking promptly if you have tracking information or in the event of a lost package contact Canada Post. 


Small Hours goods are made by hand in small batches by one person and may or may not be in stock at the time of your order. Though your order is likely to ship within a few days of purchase, please allow up to 10 business days before your order is shipped.


We accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged, unused items within 5 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend you send returns with a tracking number. Provided we receive your item in unused condition, you'll receive a full refund. We do not give refunds for sale items, and customized or personalized items.


We work with local suppliers when possible and all production is done in small batches in-house. We are committed to using simple and efficient processes in every step of production to minimize unnecessary waste of time, space, materials, & resources. Orders are packaged minimally, and re-used, recycled, recyclable and/or biodegradable shipping materials are prioritized. 


Avoid exposure to water, prolonged sunlight, and extreme weather conditions. To keep your leather goods well-conditioned, apply leather conditioner every 6 to 12 months.
